Prevention Protocol

Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 virus, we have taken the appropriate measures to ensure the safety and health of our customers and our staff.

We have drawn up a contingency plan, in accordance with the regulations required by the authorities, to carry out a suitable prevention with careful hygiene protocols and the proper use of the protective equipment.

We want our client to be INFORMED:

• Upon arrival at the hotel, we will give you all the information about our measures to minimize risks.
• Throughout the establishment we have an explanatory signage, in different languages, with preventive measures, guidelines to follow and basic information.

And to feel SAFE, like at home:

• We have strengthened the cleaning and disinfection of the entire establishment.
• We have limited the capacity and increased the safety distances.
